PRISMAportal access authorization process is regional specific. The 3-Step Process below applies to:
- Canon Europe and organizations associated with Canon Europe.
- Other Canon organizations except those associated with Canon U.S.A.
In the Americas, contact your company’s System Administrator to submit an access request to Canon USA. Please notice that the 3 step process described below does not applies to users in the Americas.
You can follow 3 simple steps to get access to the PRISMAportal. First and foremost, you must create a personal account in order to get access to the PRISMAprotal.
Step 1 – Create an account
Get on to PRISMAportal www.prisma-portal.com
Click “Log in”’
On the Log In page, press “click here to create an account” located below “No Océ account:. This will direct you to the MyAccount page. (You can also directly create your MyAccount by starting your browser and navigating to: https://signup.oce.com/.)
In the form that appears, fill out all the required fields and submit the form.
• Please use your business email to sign up.
• DO NOT check the Requestable Services, as this is not applicable for PRISMAportal.
A confirmation message will appear in your screen upon submission of your account details.
Step 2 – Confirm account registration and activate account
You receive an email and you need to click on the link to activate your account.
After this, a confirmation will appear in your web browser showing that you have confirmed account registation.
Close the window to finalize the account creation.
Step 3 – Log in or request access if unauthorized
If you are a pre-authorized user, you are able to log in straightaway and can immediately start using the PRISMAportal application.
If you are an unauthorized user, you need to request for access from Canon RSHQ Account Administrator. You will see an “UnAuthorized” Page after login to PRISMAportal or the sales Demonstrator. In that case follow the instructions as mentioned on the screen for your region.
